Building India's EV charging infrastructure.
ChargeX is our nationwide programme to put 5,000+ charging stations on the map. We find the high-potential sites, structure the funding, build the infrastructure, and run it once it is live.

5,000+ chargers, planned one corridor at a time.
The network is built along the routes people actually drive: national highways first, then commercial hubs, transit corridors and destination properties. Every site is surveyed for grid capacity and traffic before a single bay is poured.

Everything between a plot of land and a working charger.
Site assessment
Grid feasibility, transformer capacity, traffic density and approach. If a site will not work, you hear it early rather than late.
Turnkey deployment
Civil works, hardware procurement, electrical infrastructure and commissioning, run as one contract with one owner.
High-speed hardware
24 kW to 320 kW DC chargers matched to the site, from destination bays to highway ultra-fast hubs.
Software and telemetry
Live monitoring, automated billing, load management and remote diagnostics on every unit in the network.
Structured financing
Revenue-sharing and member participation models, so a site can be built without the landowner carrying the capex.
Operations and maintenance
24/7 technical support and uptime commitments. A charger nobody maintains stops earning within a month.
ChargeX is a members-only programme.
Six kinds of partner build this network. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Turn highway frontage into a working asset.
If you hold land on an arterial road or a highway approach, ChargeX builds and runs the station on it. No capex from you, and the site keeps earning after the build is paid off.
- Zero capital outlay
- Long-term lease or revenue share
- Site surveyed before anything is signed
Six steps from an application to a live station.
- 01
Submit the location
Tell us where the site is and what is already there. Five minutes, no fee.
Day 0 - 02
Site and grid survey
Our team checks transformer capacity, sanctioned load, approach and traffic.
1–2 weeks - 03
Approval and agreement
Commercial terms, revenue share and the member agreement are settled in writing.
2–3 weeks - 04
Build and commissioning
Civil works, electrical infrastructure, hardware installation and safety testing.
4–8 weeks - 05
Network integration
The station joins the map, billing goes live and telemetry starts reporting.
Days - 06
Operations and revenue
Monitoring, maintenance and settlement run from there for the life of the site.
Ongoing
One free charger installation, every month.
Each month ScalePath picks one qualifying location and funds the deployment outright. It is how we get chargers into places the economics would otherwise reach last — and applying costs nothing.
What it covers
- Charging hardware
- Civil installation
- Electrical work
- Network activation
Selection is based on grid feasibility, traffic and community need.
Submit a location, or apply as a partner.
Every submission is reviewed for technical feasibility, traffic viability and grid clearance. You will hear back either way — there is no application fee, and nothing is committed until terms are signed.
Who you are
Land or property owner, commercial business, fleet operator, capital member, or an EPC or strategic partner. The questions that follow change with the answer.
Where the site is
Address and position on the map, and what kind of location it is — highway frontage, fuel station, hotel, retail, office park or fleet depot.
What the site can carry
Approximate area, the electrical connection available — single phase, three phase or HT — and the sanctioned load, if you know it. “Not sure” is an accepted answer.
What it would cost to build
The application prices the configuration as you answer, so you leave with an estimate rather than waiting for one.
Takes about ten minutes. It saves as you go, so you can leave and come back.
